Terms & Conditions of Service

These Terms & Conditions of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TeeBa Games LLC («ԹԵԵԲԱԳԵՅՄՍ» ՍՊԸ, State Registration: 999.110.1611820, TIN: 03594118). This Agreement governs your access to and use of TeeBa Games titles and gaming services (including Blotify, Nardify, Durakify, and Shashkify) across Web, Telegram Mini Apps, Android, and iOS. By registering, downloading, or playing, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Contracting Parties, Definitions & Scope

1.1. Definitions: Throughout these Terms, capitalized terms have the following meanings:
• "Operator" refers to TeeBa Games LLC, the developer and operator of the gaming platform.
• "Account" (Profile) means the personalized user profile storing user identity, virtual chip balance, Elo rating, and game preferences.
• "Virtual Chips/Gold" means in-game non-monetary simulation points used exclusively for recreational tabletop participation.
• "Game Table" means a real-time multiplayer virtual room where players compete (e.g. 2v2 Bazar Blot).
1.2. Binding Contract: These Terms constitute a public offer. Creating an account or launching a game via web browser, Telegram, or mobile application constitutes electronic acceptance having the exact same legal force as a physically signed agreement.
1.3. Legal Capacity: You warrant that you possess full legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction to enter into this contract and fulfill all obligations herein.

2. Strict 18+ Age Requirement & Verification

2.1. 18+ Threshold: TeeBa Games gaming services are strictly restricted to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts, accessing tables, or participating in matches.
2.2. Verification Right: The Operator reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation upon notice will result in immediate account suspension.
2.3. Misrepresentation: Falsifying age or identity constitutes a material breach of these Terms, resulting in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all accumulated in-game balances without compensation.

3. Account Registration, Single Account Rule & Security

3.1. Registration: Accounts are registered via authorized OAuth providers (Google, Apple, Telegram). You agree to provide true, accurate, and current information.
3.2. Single Account Rule: Each physical individual is permitted to register and operate only ONE (1) active game account. Operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) to farm daily bonuses, abuse referral rewards, manipulate Elo ladder ratings, or dump virtual chips is strictly prohibited. All detected duplicate accounts will be terminated immediately.
3.3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and devices. All actions performed through your account are deemed to be performed by you.
3.4. Prohibition of Account Transfers: Game accounts, player nicknames, and virtual progress are non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, leased, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.

4. Social Gaming Only (No Real-Money Gambling)

4.1. Purely Recreational: All titles offered by TeeBa Games (including Blotify, Nardify, Durakify, and Shashkify) are social card and tabletop simulations engineered solely for recreation, personal amusement, and competitive skill training. Our platform is NOT a casino, sportsbook, or gambling service.
4.2. No Fiat Payouts: No real money, legal tender, fiat currency, cryptocurrency, or physical goods can be wagered, won, or cashed out under any circumstances.
4.3. Virtual Nature of Stakes: All stakes at table rooms are strictly simulated game points with zero real-world monetary equivalent.

5. Virtual Chips, Gold & Digital In-Game Items

5.1. Limited License: Virtual chips, gold, season passes, card backs, and avatar frames remain the property of the Operator. You receive only a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable, non-exclusive license to use these items within the platform.
5.2. Zero Real-World Monetary Value: Virtual items have ABSOLUTELY NO MONETARY VALUE, do not constitute electronic money, and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for fiat currency.
5.3. Economic Balancing: The Operator reserves the right to adjust virtual economy parameters, chip drops, or item pricing at any time to preserve game balance.

6. In-App Purchases, Billing & Chargeback Policy

6.1. Authorized Channels: All in-app purchases are processed exclusively via authorized billing platforms (Apple App Store In-App Purchases, Google Play Billing, Telegram Payments, or licensed payment gateways).
6.2. All Sales Final: ALL PURCHASES OF VIRTUAL CHIPS AND DIGITAL COSMETICS ARE FINAL AND STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. Instant delivery of digital items constitutes express waiver of any statutory withdrawal right.
6.3. Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorized chargeback through your payment provider or bank is treated as fraud. The associated account will be permanently banned immediately, and the Operator reserves the right to seek recovery of damages through legal channels.

7. Fair Play, Anti-Cheat & Collusion Prohibition

7.1. Zero Tolerance for Collusion: Any coordinated agreement between players to manipulate match outcomes is strictly prohibited. This includes signaling cards via external communication (phone, messengers, voice calls), intentionally throwing tricks, or secret partnership collusion.
7.2. Chip Dumping: Intentionally losing tricks or matches to transfer virtual chips between accounts is strictly banned and triggers permanent bans for all involved accounts.
7.3. No Automation or Bots: Using third-party bots, auto-clickers, emulators, card-counting overlays, or memory manipulation tools is strictly forbidden. All cards must be played manually through our official client interfaces.
7.4. Bug Exploitation: Exploiting software glitches or network vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Players are obligated to report bugs immediately to the Operator.

8. Gameplay Rules, Turn Timers & Disconnection Policy

8.1. Turn Timers: To guarantee smooth gameplay, each trick and bid has a strict countdown timer (15-30 seconds). If a player fails to act within the allotted time, the action is automatically passed or executed.
8.2. Disconnections & AI Arbiter: If a player disconnects, an automated reconnect window opens. If the player does not return before the timer expires, the server AI Arbiter steps in to play standard valid cards on their behalf to protect table continuity.
8.3. Network Responsibility: The Operator is not liable for virtual chips lost or matches forfeited due to client-side network instability, Wi-Fi drops, or battery depletion.

9. Player Code of Conduct & Chat Moderation

9.1. Sportsmanship: Players must maintain respect and fair conduct at all tables and community spaces.
9.2. Prohibited Behavior: Harassment, profanity, hate speech (racial, religious, gender, or ethnic), threats, spamming, and offensive player nicknames are strictly forbidden.
9.3. Sanctions: Violations will result in escalating penalties, including chat mutes, voice emote restrictions, or permanent account bans.

10. Software License & Acceptable Use Restrictions

10.1. Scope of License: The Operator grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the gaming client on compatible devices.
10.2. Technical Restrictions: You agree not to: (a) decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the client binaries; (b) modify client packages (APK/IPA/WASM) or forge WebSocket network packets; (c) create unauthorized derivative works based on our APIs.

11. Account Suspension, Inactivity & Termination

11.1. Operator Termination: The Operator reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in suspicious activity.
11.2. Voluntary Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account at any time via `info@teebagames.am` or our dedicated `delete-account.html` portal.
11.3. Inactivity (Dormancy): Accounts inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months may be archived. Temporary guest sessions may be purged during scheduled database maintenance.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

12.1. Exclusive Ownership: All software source code, trademarks, logos, card artwork, 3D dice physics models, audio lines, and the character of Ashot The Keeper are the exclusive intellectual property of TeeBa Games LLC.
12.2. Copyright Protection: Any unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial exploitation of our assets is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under international copyright treaties.

13. Service Availability, Maintenance & Force Majeure

13.1. 24/7 Availability & Maintenance: While we strive for continuous service, gameplay may be temporarily suspended for scheduled maintenance, security updates, or emergency server upgrades.
13.2. Force Majeure: The Operator is not liable for failures or delays resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, international fiber optic cable cuts, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, cloud outages, or regulatory orders.

14. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

14.1. "AS IS" Provision: Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
14.2. Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to the Operator in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
14.3. Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TeeBa Games LLC from any third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

15. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law & Credentials

15.1. Pre-Trial Resolution: All disputes shall first be addressed through informal negotiations. You must submit a written grievance to `info@teebagames.am` before initiating formal proceedings. We respond within 14 calendar days.
15.2. Governing Law & Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Yerevan, Armenia.
